During the body shaping phase you’ll be put through a low-carb period for the first 10 days. This sets your body up to start burning fat from the source immediately. The Body Toning phase targets specific areas such as your legs, arms, bum, and thighs. You will be introduced to circuit training which will use body resistance exercises to tone up undefined problem areas with cellulite such as, your arms, your legs, and bum.
This will shock your body once again by not allowing it to adapt to one type of exercise, and you'll start to see some really big changes.†
The Fat Utilization phase combines cardio, resistance, and power exercise with the core focus on stripping fat from your problem areas. Your circuits will now work the lower half of your body first and then switch to an upper body exercise for the next set, lower body for the next one again, and then finish on the upper half.
